Here are some sample plants that i came up with and let me know what you guys think.
Btw i still need to apply some color in there. I should able to post it up tonight after class.
I really like #7 alot and i think it will looks really nice on the labyrinth wall. =)

Yeah, 7 would be great for pockets in the wall. A vertical plant like 16 would be good too.
